Rolf Therapy is a hands on technique which aims to realign the structures of the body. The body is held together by a web of connective tissue that surrounds individual bones, muscles and organs. When it is injured or held out of alignment the tissues shorten to support the increased load, this creates a pattern of stress that spreads throughout the body.

During the designed series of sessions the Rolf practitioner uses her hands to gently free the tensions in the tissues which allows the body to become more aligned.

Kathleen Webster trained at the Rolf Institute in Colorado in 1979. Having run succesful practises in Scotland, Kathleen is now working in the Bexhill area. Over the years Kathleen has developed an even deeper respect for Dr Rolf's profound and remarkable technique.
