Remedial / Therapeutic massage works by releasing tension, improving circulation, removing adhesions, releasing toxins and helping with the breakdown of fatty tissue.The treatment can be gentle or deep adapting to the needs of the patient.

Using specialised techniques the therapist uses oils to manipulate the damaged tissues, thus increasing blood supply to speed up the healing process and enhancing a sense of well being.
