Aromatherapy is the systematic use of essential
plant oils for the treatment and prevention of illness.
One of the reasons that aromatherapy has been so hugely successful is because it uses a holistic approach, the aromatherapist takes into account a persons medical history, emotional condition, general health and lifestyle before planning a course of treatment. The whole person is treated - not just the symptoms of an illness.

Aromatherapy is particularly effective for stress, anxiety, and psychosomatic induced problems, muscular and rheumatic pains,irritable bowel syndrome and women's problems, such as PMS, menopausal complaints and postnatal depression.
