Anne Todd Masc (corp) Meridian Therapy (EFT)
EFT has sometimes been referred to as "psychological acupuncture without the needles". Learn how simple tapping on key acupressure points on your face and hand while expressing honest feelings, can transform your life. Say goodbye to anxiety, improve your relationships and self-image. Simply enjoy life more!
Anne trained with Val and Paul Lynch who have appeared on TV at different occasions on "Richard & Judy". EFT is also featured on the TV series "Spa for Embarrassing Illnesses" and by Nick & Eva Steadman on the TV series "A Life Coach Less Ordinary". Paul McKenna uses EFT to help people with weight issues and for overcoming fear or anxiety.
The benefits of EFT are amazing - whether it's a physical challenge or an emotional one, EFT can work quickly and effectively. The beauty of this therapy too is that clients can easily learn to tap on themselves and help themselves through challenging situations or feel more positive on those "down" days.
"You can do as much damage to yourself by ignoring UNEXPRESSED FEELINGS as you can by ignoring a physical symptom." Val & Paul Lynch

"Last time I flew on a plane I was very sick so mum thought I should try EFT before our holiday to Australia. I've just come back from our holiday and I didn't feel ill at all on the plane and I even ate the meals this time."
Natasha, 9 years old
History behind EFT- In 1980, a psychologist, Dr Roger Callahan, was working with a long-standing client, Mary, who had an intense water phobia. He'd been treating Mary by conventional means for 18 months with very little progress. While studying the body's meridian energy system (which the Eastern world has respected for thousands of years), Dr Callahan asked Mary what FEELINGS she experienced in her body when she thought about or viewed water. Mary replied: "I get a sharp pain in my stomach" to which Dr Callahan responded by reaching forward and tapping Mary under her eye (an acupressure point of the stomach meridian). To Dr Callahan's great surprise, Mary then approached a nearby swimming pool, reached down and put her hand in the water. Mary's phobia of water never came back. Dr Callahan was so amazed by this incident that he went on to study the meridian system further and developed Thought Field Therapy. Gary Craig, an engineer from Stanford, trained under Dr Callahan and simplified the procedures and developed EFT.
